Along with construction management and owner's representation, Jarvest Inc. has evolved to be a developer and builder of projects as a joint venture or independently. Project Management
Whatever the major service or product is of your company, you are the expert in that field. The management of construction, renovation and relocation projects are not part of most company’s expertise. To make strategic financial decisions, company management must have the ability to situationally be supplied detailed evaluations and test program models. We can take on this task, thus eliminating overburdening existing personnel. Jarvest provides you with that particular expertise, as your agent, to assist in concept planning, scheduling and coordination of all various professionals and vendors involved in the process of a project. Many facility departments have had reductions in personnel limiting the ability to take on larger projects and still manage the day-to-day duties to maintain a safe and well-maintained work environment. We can situationally fill that gap and work along with your staff to lay out the best option for the required project.
